Sisters
Director/co-writer Brian De Palma's first foray into Hitchcockian screen suspense in a bloody thriller. Reporter Jennifer Salt witnesses Margot Kidder commit a murder, but cannot prove it to the authorities. As Salt digs into Kidder's past, she uncovers a twisted tale of dementia, homicide and the ultimate in "sibling rivalry." William Finley, Charles Durning also star; music by Bernard Herrmann.
