The Shaolin Temple

This was the first Hong Kong- Kung Fu action film to be shot in mainland China, and also Jet Li's first major film, 18 year-old Jet Li brings his incredible Wu Shu skills to this period saga in which he seeks revenge for his father's death. After honing his martial arts abilities in the Shaolin Temple, Li is joined by a group of monks on his quest.
