Josie and the Pussycats
The curvaceous Archie Comics girls' rock band with "long tails and ears for hats" is brought to life by Rachael Leigh Cook, Tara Reid and Rosario Dawson in this song-filled comedy. The small town girls are struggling to make it in the pop world, until a record label mogul (Parker Posey) and her assistant (Alan Cumming) sign them. Their plan is to use The Pussycats' music to send subliminal ad messages to impressionable teen listeners.
