Barabbas

The epic story of Barabbas (Anthony Quinn), a thief and murderer who is pardoned by the people of Jerusalem instead of Christ. Returning to his life of crime he is once again arrested and sentenced to hard labour in the silver mines. After many torturous years, Barabbas eventually becomes a gladiator and is later granted his freedom. It is only when Barabbas faces death by crucifixion that he finally discovers his own faith.
