Journey to the Far Side of the Sun
Gerry Anderson, the producer of the popular science fiction puppet show "Thunderbirds", produced this live-action sci- fi offering directed by Robert Parrish. When scientists a hundred years into the future discover a duplicate Earth on the far side of the sun, astronauts set out to explore this newly-found planet. But after a crash landing they can't tell if they're back home or on the mysterious "Counter Earth". Roy Thinnes, Ian Hendry and Herbert Lom star in this entertaining rarity originally titled "Doppelganger".
