Charming remake of Frank Capra's "Mr Deeds Goes to Town" stars Adam Sandler as Longfellow Deeds, a loveable small-town pizzeria owner who inherits a $40 billion media conglomerate. Moving to Manhattan, Sandler fights to keep the company from being dismantled by greedy rivals and falls for tabloid TV reporter Winona Ryder, unaware that she's out to expose him as a phony.
