Le Divorce
Sassy romantic comedy from the Merchant-Ivory team stars Naomi Watts as a pregnant woman down in the dumps in Paris because her cheating French husband has left her. Enter Kate Hudson, Watts' stepsister, who offers help, but has romantic entanglements of her own with a married diplomat. It turns out that Hudson's new lover happens to be the brother of Leslie Caron, mother of Watts' adulterous spouse. Glenn Close, Stockard Channing, Bebe Neuwirth, and Sam Waterston also star. Based on the novel by Diane Johnson.
