Cabeza De Vaca

A visually spellbinding biography of the Spanish explorer Alvar Nunez Cabeza de Vaca, the sole survivor of a 16th century Spanish shipwreck off the coast of Florida. He discovers an Indian tribe called the Iguase which allows him into their tribe. Over the next eight years he learns about their mysterious culture and becomes a leader of their group but must make a stand when a team of Spanish conquistadors return to colonise the Indians.
