Beyond Re-Animator
Jeffrey Combs returns as the deranged Doctor Herbert West in the third entry of this gore-filled cult saga. This time West has been serving a fourteen year jail sentence after causing the Miskatonic University Massacre - a tragedy brought about by strange monsters, products of his experiments into re-animating dead organisms. Still in jail, and far from being rehabilitated, he continues working along the same lines - but a few steps beyond... This time, West's experiments to remove a person's soul at the time of death and transfer it into a freshly re-animated corpse attract the attention of an eager young prison doctor, who has a personal connection to one of the sadistic scientist's previous victims.
