Deep Red

Aka "Profondo Rosso". Considered by many to be terror maestro Dario Argento's true masterpiece, "Deep Red" stars David Hemmings as an American jazz pianist who witnesses a brutal, bloody murder from afar. He teams up with a local Italian journalist (Daria Nicolodi) and turns detective to find the killer. But it is not long before the hunters become the hunted... "Deep Red" showcases Argento's famed cinematic style: gliding camera, razor-sharp editing, and gorgeous but gruesome set pieces.
