Three generations of women share a crowded apartment in the Georgian capital city of Tbilisi. Strong-willed, elderly matriarch Eka lives for letters and phone calls from her son Otar, who left to find work in Paris. But when tragedy strikes in France, Eka's daughter and granddaughter begin an elaborate ruse to keep the news from her. Director/co-writer Julie Bertucelli's moving drama stars Esther Gorintin, Nino Khomassouridze, Dinara Droukarova.
