No matter what age or body shape, this class will keep you on the path to better health. Louisa Sear has trained in India with Bks Iyengar and Patahbi Jois - the two most renowned masters of Yoga. She has been practising and teaching for over 10 years. Rachel Zinman came to Yoga from a background of dance in the US and Australia. She has now become an avid Yoga practitioner.
