Futile Attraction
Director/writer Mark Prebble had a rough-cut of 'Futile Attraction' in the can when the money ran out. At the suggestion of a friend he started up the website www.makemarksmovie.com asking for donations. The site made headlines around the world and more importantly enough dosh for him to complete this film. A triumph of the No. 8 fencing wire kiwi attitude, this debut comedy is a spoof on reality dating shows.
