Joey Cheng (Shu Qi) has terrible mood swings and a crumbling relationship. After surviving an overdose of pills she discovers she's pregnant - and there's a strange side effect from her brush with death - she now sees ghosts. She is frequently haunted by the spirit of a woman attempting suicide near a railroad track. As the ghost visits more and more, Joey believes the spirit wants the body of her unborn child.
