When a gangster's son is accidentally killed during a drunken dispute, Officer Milo (Alex Fong) heads a special task force to prevent an all-out triad war. Meanwhile a mild-mannered newbie assassin arrives from out of town to kill the rival gang leader, latching on to a prostitute to show him around.
