Conversations with Mother

Jamie (Eduardo Blanco) is a middle-aged, middle class man about to have a crisis. Not only has he lost his job, but his dotty old mother (played by Argentinean cinema icon China Zorilla) won't move out of the apartment he wants to sell. Not to mention her new boyfriend! This award-winning Argentinean-Spanish co-production is a sweet melodrama revealing itself through a series of flash-backs and tender 'conversaciones con mama'.
