The Poseidon Adventure
Like its predecessor from 1972, this made-for-TV version is based on Paul Gallico's novel, though perhaps more loosely, for example exchanging terrorists for the giant wave. Adam Baldwin, Rutger Hauer and C Thomas Howell head a ragtag cast of B actors trying to escape the topsy turvy liner. Not to be confused with Wolfgang Petersen's big budget 2006 remake.
