Fijian playwright Vilsoni Herenko has lived in Hawaii since 1991, but returned to Fiji to make his first feature film. A beautiful coming of age story wrapped in cultural myth that sees a young woman rebelling against tradition in this first ever Fijian feature film. Screening to great acclaim in many major international Film Festivals Herenko's meditation on island life sets the bar high for Pacific filmmakers to come.
