Funny Ha Ha

Marnie (Kate Dollemayer) has just finished college and is now wandering aimlessly in search of a job, a drink and, of course, love. Shot in Boston by newcomer Andrew Bujalski, this hand-held, digital indie uses largely unprofessional actors and has a natural, improvised feel. Critcally acclaimed and stealthily affecting, this is a wry and accurate portrayal of post-collegiate, 20-something disillusionment, beautifully observant and refreshingly unpretentious.
