Crimes and Misdemeanors

Writer/Director Woody Allen weaves together two separate stories in this highly acclaimed comedy/drama. A married man (Martin Landau) having troubles with his mistress (Anjelica Huston) threatening blackmail, leads him to thoughts of getting rid of her - permanently. As a comic balance, Woody Allen stars as a documentary film maker having to film a glowing tribute to the man he hates most - his slimy brother-in-law (Alan Alda). With Mia Farrow.
