From the boardroom to the bedroom the battle lines are drawn, A wealthy toy manufacturer (Michael Pate) is having a mid life crisis his wife (Diane Cilento) is having an affair, his beautiful young mistress (Wendy Hughes) wants to get married, his drug addicted daughter (Sigrid Thornton) attempts suicide, and his business is facing a take over from a predatory American corporation.
