Black Moon

A bizarre apocalyptic Alice in Wonderland from Louis Malle. When Lily has a road accident, she finds she has landed up in some kind of civil war and fleeing into a field she finds an old woman who can talk to the animals and nothing is really what it seems. If you're looking for a cohesive plot, look somewhere else, this is French Nouvelle Vague at its vaguest. An interesting attempt at surrealism from a director more well-known for his realist films.
