Figures In A Landscape
In an unnamed totalitarian country, two escaped convicts (Robert Shaw and Malcolm McDowell) are on the run, hunted by a sinister black helicopter. The two exchange few words and are aided now and then by the public, who clearly are as unhappy about their political environment as the fugitives. However, it seems their fate was sealed the moment they left prison. Adapted from Barry England's novel.
