Kenny
Kenny, a Melbourne-based port-a-loo installer, is someone who knows the ins and outs of everybody's in and outs. As he goes about his daily business, he waxes philosophical as only a good Aussie bloke can. Shot with a quirky eye, in mockumentary style, the film was directed by Clayton Jacobson and stars his brother and co-writer, Shane, as the eponymous working-class hero and his father Ronald, as Kenny's dad. Shane Jacobson won an AFI Award for Best Actor and other nominations included Best Screenplay, Best Direction and Best Film. An instant cult classic from across the ditch.
