Darling

Julie Christie is the enchanting but self-centred Diana, a model who cuts a swathe through the trendy sixties, and through the lives of the nice, intelligent (but married) journalist Dirk Bogarde, the not-very-nice but oh-so-cool Lawrence Harvey, and a single-parent Italian prince. A good evocation of the swinging sixties, the film received three Oscars including a Best Actress for Christie.
