3 Extremes 2

Another collection of three chilling shorts from innovative Asian directors. From Korea Ji-woon Kim's, 'Memories' is about a woman (Hye-su Kim) who wakes up on a street with no memory, and a man (Bo-soek Jeong) who can't remember why his wife left him. 'The Wheel' directed by Thai producer-turned-director Nonzee Nimibutr, features elaborate puppets who are cursed, creating havoc and possessing a young girl. And probably the pick of the bunch, 'Going Home', is a searing sci-fi horror from Hong Kong helmer, Peter Chan, in which Eric Tsang is kidnapped by a man (Leon Lai) who is unable to accept his wife's death, to the point where he can't get rid of her lifeless body. Released as '3 Extremes 2' in the US, though in fact it preceded '3 Extremes', and was originally just called 'Three'.
