Flushed Away
Aardman Studio's first CGI animated feature revolves around Roddy (voiced by Hugh Jackman), a society mouse, living the high life in a Kensington penthouse, who gets a rude awakening when he is flushed into the sewer by a cunning impostor. In the seething underground world known as Ratropolis, Roddy is desperate to get topside. He meets the enterprising Rita (Kate Winslet) who agrees to take him home, for a fee, but they will have to deal with the evil 'Toad' (Ian McKellen) who despises all rodents, and has set a couple of hapless henchmen on their tails. Other stellar voices include Andy Serkis, Jean Reno, Bill Nighy and Kathy Burke in a fun family adventure not short on toilet humour.
