Based in and around London, director B.M Mirza's Bollywood film focuses on the life of Indian-British businessman Karan Kapoor (Arjun Gaur). Karan has a passionate and long-standing desire to set up a Cambridge University certified school in India. Whilst pursuing this project his wife sustains a fatal head injury in a freak accident and dies, leading Karan to go against tremendous taboos and superstitions to donate her heart to a dying young man.
