Miss Potter

Beatrix Potter remains one of the most popular children's authors of all time, though at first she had difficulty finding a publisher for her sweet animal tales. Renee Zellwegger plays the beloved writer and illustrator as her anthropomorphic characters are finally being committed to print. And not only does she find success with her iconic 'The Tale of Peter Rabbit', but she also finds love, with publisher Norman Warne (Ewan McGregor). However her happiness was to be short-lived as her parents disapproved of the match, considering Warne to be too low class. An enchanting and cynicism-free bio-pic for all ages.
