Phillip Noyce's direction and an excellent turn by Judy Davis elevate this Australian drama about corruption and city planning as an ambitious architect (Richard Moir) sees his project compromised by a heavy-handed property developer. Judy Davis is a protesting squatter, evicted from her home, who gets involved with Moir as they attempt to get to the bottom of some dirty city politics. Co-stars Chris Haywood and Bill Hunter.
