Poodle Springs
James Caan plays cynical detective Philip Marlowe in the '60s town of Poodle Springs, newly married to the daughter of a multi millionaire, and finding himself caught up in murder and intrigue. After he discovers plans to move the Nevada state border, he realises just what his wealthy father-in-law is up to. This made-for-television mystery also stars Dina Meyer and was based on the book by Raymond Chandler and Robert B Parker.
