Blade of the Rose
Jaycee Chan (Jackie's son) makes his film debut in this comic martial arts fantasy as a young boy (with the inauspicous name of Charcoal Head) who is destined to reclaim the rule of the empire from an evil empress. He and his brother receive a stone with a map carved on it which will reveal a great treasure and off they go! There's a lot going on in this epic quest, notably Corey Yuen's choreography and a showdown between Jackie Chan and Donnie Yen, but don't try too hard to follow the plot - you'll only get a headache. Ostensibly a sequel to 'Twins Effect', though there is no noticeable connection between the two films.
