Richard Todd stars in the true story of Peter Marshall, the Scottish-born minister who became Chaplain of the U.S. Senate. After completing his religious training in the United States, Marshall presided over several congregations, eventually becoming the pastor of the prestigious Church of the Presidents in Washington D.C. and serving as the spiritual guide for the Senate. Received an Academy Award Nomination for Best Cinematography.
