A Dirty Carnival

Director Ha Yu really knows the dark, gritty alleys behind Korea's gleaming skyscrapers. In this universe of thugs, Byung-doo is a small time crook eking out small time scores to support his mother and siblings. Mr. Hwang, a shadowy boss, offers him a job that even Byung-doo, not the sharpest criminal, knows is far too dangerous to accept. But not accepting it is even more dangerous.
