Autobiography of a Princess

This early Merchant Ivory offering in their traditional vein stars James Mason and Madhur Jaffrey as a former secretary to a maharajah and the maharajah's daughter who meet up in London. Through watching old home movies of India they begin to share caustic reminiscences of their time there and of past relationships. A brief curio (running just shy of an hour) but also a touching and well-observed study of age and looking back on life with some bitterness.
