A seedy thriller from Olivier Assayas ('Demonlover') with Asia Argento as an ex-prostitute with a penchant for S & M, drugs and assassination. She has a dream of opening a nightclub in Beijing, and her old pimp (Michael Madsen) owes her some money, unfortunately he's not too keen to part with it. Shot with Assayas' signature hand-held style, this tawdry tale of money, murder and betrayal features a rivetting turn from Argento.
