Doctor Who: The Trial of a Time Lord - Parts 1 to 4: The Mysterious Planet
In 'The Mysterious Planet', The Doctor (Colin Baker) is on trial for his life. Plucked out of time and space by the Time Lords, he is charged with transgressing the First Law of Time. He must defend himself against the sinister prosecutor Valeyard. The trial begins as the Time Lords review events of the recent past where the Doctor and Peri find themselves caught in the conflict between a warrior tribe, a pair of intergalactic con-men, and a god-like robot... Followed by "Mindwarp" (Parts 5-8), "Terror of the Vervoids" (Parts 9-12) and "The Ultimate Foe" (Parts 13-14).
