Tensions mount between the British and American intelligence groups as governmental relations break down world-wide, leading the spooks into a dangerous world of growing mistrust. Harry and his team have problems within the group as Adam and Ros' conflict comes to a head, and they all start to question the missions as their superiors seem less and less trustworthy.
