The Coca-Cola Kid

Eric Roberts plays Becker, an aggressive marketing executive for the Coca-Cola company, assigned to figure out why sales in hot, dry Australia are dropping off. He comes up against a low-key but formidable adversary, T. George McDowell (Bill Kerr), whose homegrown soda has cornered the market in his little piece of the country. To complicate matters, Becker hires a secretary, who happens to be McDowell's daughter, and then, naturally, he falls in love with her. Greta Scacchi co-stars, and there was even a small part for her then-boyfriend, Tim Finn.
