Bread and Roses
Mexican-born Pilar Padilla wants a better life and so sneaks across the border into the USA. Her sister gets her a job cleaning an office building, but when a union organizer encourages Padilla to combat her poor working conditions he creates rifts at her work and home that may cause serious harm.
