Repo! The Genetic Opera

A uniquely bizarre, gory, sci-fi, musical horror, and pet project of 'Saw' sequels director Darren Lynn Bousman. The year is 2056, and following an epidemic of human organ failure, the GeneCo Corporation, owned by the mafia-like Largo family, grows and installs new organs on a massive scale. But miss a payment and you'll find the repo man knocking down your door to reclaim your innards! Beginning life in 2002 as a Grand Guignol-inspired, 10-minute cabaret, fan Bousman first made it into a short film and now this uber-strange feature with an equally odd cast that includes Sarah Brightman, Paul Sorvino, Anthony Head and Paris Hilton. Just what the doctor ordered if you're in the mood for a camp, futuristic, goth-horror rock musical.
