Defiance
Inspired by true events, this epic WWII drama tells the story of three Jewish brothers (Daniel Craig, Liev Schreiber and Jamie Bell) who vow to avenge the deaths of their loved ones, having just narrowly escaped the Nazi's final solution themselves. As they hide out in the woods, word of their defiance spreads and soon others come to join them. However, the older brothers are soon at odds about what action they should take; Tuvia (Craig) believes they should stay where they are, fighting only when they have to, while Zus (Schreiber) wants to join the Russian Resistance. A tense and gripping tale of brotherly love and the will to survive; based on the non-fiction book by Nechama Tec.
