Shall We Kiss?

A wryly observant and very contemporary meditation on the many implications of a simple kiss. Gabriel and Emilie meet by chance, they spend the evening together talking, laughing and getting along famously, but at the end of the night, Emilie declines Gabriel's offer of a kiss with no strings attached. Instead she tells him a story, unfolding in flashbacks, about the impossibility of indulging your desires without consequences. A breezy, entertaining French film from writer, director and actor Emmanuel Mouret who clearly takes inspiration from the king of neuroses, Woody Allen.
