Crank: High Voltage

Picking up right where the first movie left off, Chev (Jason Statham) has survived the climactic plunge to his seemingly certain death on the streets of L.A., only to be kidnapped by a mysterious Chinese mobster. Three months later, he wakes to discover that not only has his nearly indestructible heart been surgically removed and replaced with a battery-operated one, but it requires regular jolts of electricity to keep it going. Needless to say he wants his old ticker back - cue hair-raising, non-stop, nutty action from the same team who brought us the original, apparently guided by the motto 'Why not?'. And why not indeed.
