Everything

When Richard (Ray Winstone) visits London prostitute Naomi (Jan Graveson) nine times over nine consecutive days, without once soliciting a single sexual favour, something is awry. But what exactly is he after? Naomi gets uncomfortable and suspicious, but also very intrigued. As their relationship intensifies with every visit, the suspense around Richard's motivations heightens. Low budget, two-hander shot over nine days has both Winstone and newcomer Graveson turning in solid performances, assisted significantly by director Richard Hawkins' surefooted script, which develops its themes of confession and obsession with an unsettling intelligence.
