A phantasmagorical display of sight and sound, 'Moulin Rouge' is a musical-romance set circa 1900 in and around the famous Paris nightclub. Ewan McGregor and Nicole Kidman play the star-crossed lovers who can't deny their feelings as they sing and dance their way through one of the most visually opulent films of all time. Director Baz Luhrmann's sensual reinvention of the movie musical was nominated for 8 Academy Awards including Best Picture and co-stars John Leguizamo, Jim Broadbent and Richard Roxburgh.
