The Hedgehog
Eleven-year-old Paloma Josse is bored beyond belief. Despite living in a gorgeous apartment in the legendary city of Paris, young Paloma feels no connection with the world around her. To prove her pessimistic point she starts filming her life, documenting the absurdity she so abhors. Through this hilarious pursuit she builds a relationship with the grumpy concierge of the building and a dashing and enigmatic new neighbour, and might just begin to see the world in a better light. A sweet, inventive film freely inspired by the best-selling novel 'The Elegance of the Hedgehog' by Muriel Barbery.
