Hesher
Hesher (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) is a long-haired, drugged-out drifter/outcast prone to violent outbursts and pyromania who, after a run-in with young T.J. (Devin Brochu), moves himself into the teen's family's home, uninvited. T.J. is struggling with the death of his mother, and as a do-gooding clerk (Natalie Portman) ineffectively tries to help him and his family cope, they all may find solace in the unlikely Hesher. Rainn Wilson and Piper Laurie co-star in this offbeat comedic drama.
