Land Girls: Series 2
Warm hearted and ultimately uplifting, "Land Girls" continues to examine how a whole generation of women adapted to new found independence, free from the shackles or comforts of home life as they helped the war effort. The second series picks up on flighty sister Bea, sensible Joyce and introduces the reckless Connie who joins them in the Women's Land Army. Their journey continues as they work the fields and forge friendships that will last them a lifetime. Along the way there will be laughs and tears in an experience that will change them forever. 5 episodes.
