The Land Girls
Set in 1941 and as war rages in Europe a new regiment of tough, disciplined soldiers is required to protect The Mother Country and lay down their lives if necessary. The Woman's Land Army or Land Girls as they became notoriously known was formed. This is the sweeping, bittersweet story of three of those land girls and the tragedies and triumphs they face.
